The ISOC-ID is a non-for profit, non-governmental, research, education, and national-international professional membership organization. Its supported by 32 ISOC-ID provinces at the beginning in forming the ISOC-ID Chapter and ISOC Treaty. The work of the ISOC-ID focuses on "five pillars":public policy, training, standard, public information infrastructure, and membership.
